Take a look in the mirror. What do you see? A happy, confident, self-assured person staring back, or some-one who cannot look at themselves, because you are convinced you are not worth it.
It is a sadness to me that so many people have so little self-esteem and confidence, when I know this could be so easily helped.
Come and learn to love yourself. After all if you don't like yourself, no matter how many people praise and appreciate you, you will not believe them.
Sounds too easy? It's not easy facing one's doubts, but it is worth doing, and if you never try you will never know the freedom of becoming the real you.
