Emotional FreedomTechnique
The EFT "Discovery Statement":
"The cause of all negative emotions (also: physical pain) is a disruption in the body's energy system".
EFT is part of a new category of therapies referred to as Energy Psychology or Energy Medicine. Gary Craig, a Stanford engineer and founder of the technique, named it "Emotional Freedom Techniques".
Based on impressive new discoveries involving the body's subtle energies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) has been clinically effective in thousands of cases for:
Trauma & Abuse Stress & Anxiety Fears & Phobias Depression Addictive Cravings Children's Issues
and hundreds of physical symptoms including headaches, body pains and breathing difficulties.
Properly applied, over 80% achieve either noticeable improvement or complete cessation of the problem.
EFT has also been shown to help people dramatically improve their performance in sports, business and artistic professions. Emotional Freedom Techniques ...often works where nothing else will. ...is usually rapid, long lasting and gentle. ...doesn't involve drugs or equipment. ...is easily learned by anyone. ...can be self- applied. It doesn't matter whether you address a physical problem (to which you always have an emotional response!) or an emotional issue since both have the same cause: a disruption in the body's energy system.
In our first session together I will teach you the basic technique of tapping points so that you can use this tool whenever you feel you need it. For everyday stresses and strains, it can help to bring perspective back into your life.
For more emotional or physical problems I recommend one-to-one sessions, so that you are in a safe and comforting environment for change.
EFT is not an alternative to conventional medicine, but a therapy to run alongside.
Once learnt EFT is a tool for life.
EFT is not only useful for Adults, children can benifit from this technique too. click here: Children and EFT
