I have over the years trained in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Emotional Freedom Technique. There are times when I use only one technique with a client. Other times, I may combine the therapies, which is always done with the consent of my client.
When choosing the name 'Changes for Living', it made perfect sense to me that in order to make a change, it had to be congruent with your way of life. Even if you are not sure what, how or when to make the change, if it doesn't sit well with you, I know from experience it won't work. So to that end I will be honest with you, giving not only emotional help but practical too.
When we first meet it's an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have, as well as time for me to take your details and explain the therapies I use, and how is best for us to work together. As the therapy progresses, I will continue to make sure you are happy with the way we are working.
Whilst I guarantee to give 100% to the work I do with you, I do believe it is a two way street, and any therapy will only work if you are committed to putting into practice the suggestions and strategies we look at together. As my client your well being is paramount.

Think about this statement for a moment. If the behaviours and coping strategies you use right now don't result in the outcome you want, then they are not working for you, and maybe it's time to look at another way.
